Our team of qualified executive search consultants is made up of an interesting mix of people who differ in character, knowledge, skills, backgrounds and experience. A love for the trade and the ambition to provide the best possible service for the client and the candidate is at the basis of their commitment and ensure that, and has so for a long time now, they work closely together.

All of the consultants are academically trained, most of them in behavioural sciences. Each of the consultants represents what makes HPR so unique: infallible at diagnostics, invested in long-term relations with both client and candidate, and a great understanding of the field they operate in, all resulting in a (reliable) service tailored to the client. Naturally, the consultants are supported by a dedicated team of research consultants and personal assistants.
