As a team, we look at all aspects of the placement, carry out psychological research, run queries in our database and ensure an accurate, transparent and flexible process. Monitoring developments in the markets in which our customers are active is an essential part of our activities. Being familiar with the world in which our customers operate is absolutely vital if we are to turn in a good performance. Each consultant is assigned one or more dedicated priority areas, and is notified of all the latest developments in these areas by the support team.
